By completing your order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Each SYFJ piece is thoughtfully crafted or curated. As such, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Custom, personalized, or made-to-order pieces are also non-cancelable once production begins.

AUTHENTICITY & CRAFTMANSHIP

All pieces feature genuine precious metals and natural gemstones. Any treatments or enhancements to a gemstone are carefully disclosed.

NATURAL BEAUTY & VARIATION

Because we work with natural materials and handcrafted settings, slight variations in color, shape, or finish are to be expected and celebrated—these are not considered defects.

SIZING & ORDER DETAILS

Kindly ensure all sizes and order information are correct upon checkout, as adjustments after this point may not be possible.

REPAIRS & AFTER-CARE

We offer one complimentary minor repair within one (1) month of purchase, subject to evaluation. Any additional or major repairs may incur a fee.

DELICATE NATURE OF FINE JEWELRY

SYFJ pieces are delicate by design and should be worn with care. Regular wear may naturally result in light scratches, movement in settings, or loosening of stones. SYFJ is not liable for lost stones beyond the one-month complimentary repair period.

PRODUCTION TIMELINES

Timelines are estimates and may shift depending on material availability and craftsmanship. Any delay does not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

DELIVERY & COURIER RESPONSIBILITY

Once released to your chosen courier or delivery service, SYFJ is no longer responsible for loss, delay, or damage during transit.

COLOR & DISPLAY ACCURACY

Please note that colors may vary slightly due to lighting or screen settings. These differences are not considered defects.

Bespoke Terms &Conditions

DOWN PAYMENT

A 50% down payment is required to begin production. Proof of payment must be sent to inquiry@sofiayulo.com or +63 917 805 4433.

LEAD TIME

Production typically takes 2-4 weeks from the down payment date. Any delays will be communicated.

NO RETURNS

All sales are final. Returns are not allowed.

RE-DESIGNS

Up to one minor revision is allowed, subject to additional charges depending on the modifications (e.g., adding diamonds, gemstones, or gold). Price adjustments will be communicated beforehand.
