Sofia is a graduate of the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), where she earned diplomas in Jewelry Design and Applied Jewelry Profession, along with certificates in diamond grading, colored stone grading, and pearl grading. These experiences have deepened her appreciation for the craft and allowed her to grow alongside industry professionals.

Beyond her own designs, Sofia’s keen eye and appreciation for curating and collecting has developed over the years through her love for fine jewelry, fashion, and style. This inspired the "SYFJ Collection”, an extension of her artistic vision that integrates her personally handpicked items with her original creations.
