We'll arrange a virtual consultation on Google Meets to discuss your vision in more detail.

Once we're aligned on the design, we'll begin sourcing the specific materials and stones to bring your one-of-a-kind piece to life.

Production

The production timeline for a custom piece takes 2-8 weeks depending on the stones needed. 


18k or 14k gold with diamonds: 2-4 weeks

Colored gemstones: Please allow 3–8 weeks as we take extra care in sourcing the perfect stones for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

The timeline for completing your piece varies based on the complexity of the design and the availability of diamonds and gemstones.

For designs crafted entirely in 18k or 14k gold with diamonds, lead time is typically 2-4 weeks.

Terms & Conditions

By completing your Bespoke order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

DOWN PAYMENT

A 50% down payment is required to begin production. Proof of payment must be sent to inquiry@sofiayulo.com or +63 917 805 4433.

LEAD TIME

Production typically takes 2-4 weeks from the down payment date. Any delays will be communicated.

NO RETURNS

All sales are final. Returns are not allowed.

RE-DESIGNS

Up to one minor revision is allowed, subject to additional charges depending on the modifications (e.g., adding diamonds, gemstones, or gold). Price adjustments will be communicated beforehand.
